I help successful leaders make positive and lasting change that is seen and acknowledged by others.I work with leaders in Fortune 100, 500, companies as well as with entrepreneurs, teams and non-profits. The common denominator of the people I work with is that they are successful, high potential/high impact leaders whose organizations want to accelerate their development by having them work closely with a seasoned and effective executive coach.Building on their strengths, leaders replace challenging behaviors with more life-affirming and effective choices. Outside of work, you can find me charging up mountains, driving cars for the movies and TV, and enjoying the benefits of being a plant based eater for 20+ years along with decades of sobriety.I graduated the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation.
