Discuss different tools needed to perform their job efficiently i.e. PM Portal, Authority Program Maintenance, Vendor RMA Matrix, Web SCM/SPA Tool, Marketing Comments.• Discuss SYNNEX Central, Customer Account Consolidation (CAC), Part Search, Part Portal and ECExpress.
