I led a machine learning project that enhanced the quality of Amazon reviews. I designed the system architecture, managed the project by communicating with science, product and engineering team, and implemented core components of the system. The system is an offline big data workflow that generates ML model outputs, stores them in DynamoDB. We use the scores in production services to improve the CX for millions of customers daily. Additionally, I collaborated across organizational boundaries to resolve long-standing issues for our team and unblock the project.
