My work time is dedicated to innovation and design of client engagement programs for the CEO, Board, and Leadership Advisory Practices at Spencer Stuart. In the recent past, I launched Seattle-based \'nano schools\'(a COVID-19 pandemic project) and led machine learning programs and product at Amazon.I\'ve worked in technology, higher education, and consulting, in front-line service roles as well as in learning, professional development, and innovation management functions. I was fortunate to work with clients in the U.S, U.K, Australia, and China while managing my own education services venture.I\'m fascinated by what makes individuals, teams, and companies \"capable in all ways of contending\"(to borrow a Homeric epithet). I love helping people and organizations come together to create new things.
