In 1990 I founded MEE Productions Inc, a unique communications research and behavioral health marketing company with offices in Philadelphia, Atlanta and Los Angeles. Under my leadership, MEE has remained committed to its founding principle—to use socially-responsible entrepreneurship to reach and positively influence the lives of low-income, urban and ethnic audiences. Over the past decade, MEE has become an industry leader, assisting a variety of clients in achieving dramatic results with difficult-to-reach target populations, including low-income urban youth (the hip-hop generation). Developed original MEE business/product concept; Created business plan, recruited the management team, negotiated venture capital financing; securing the first major research contract from The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation; Produced MEE’s first two videos.Conduct workshops, seminars and presentations on MEE’s research and on effective communication strategies to reach urban youth and other underserved populations with pro-social messages
