I am a partner in the firm’s appellate, education, and employment law and labor relations practice teams. I advise and represent private and public employers, including school districts and higher education institutions, on a wide range of employment issues, including vaccines and face covering requirements, and litigation matters, including appeals, breaches of contract, class actions, employment discrimination, harassment, malpractice, retaliation, wrongful termination (as well as other tort claims), and ERISA litigation. I also help higher education institutions navigate the federal and state antitrust laws and work with them to establish safeguards to minimize the risk of antitrust scrutiny.I serve as a member of the Miller Nash\'s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and in 2022 (PDX only) and 2023 (firm-wide), I served as a Summer Program Workflow Coordinator.
