Served as strategic operations partner and project manager to Gilead’s Biologics Engineering department, supporting Facilities, Process, and Automation Engineering teams on capital projects and technology initiatives; Together these projects represent over $8M in investments.Led the planning and execution capital projects with complex cross-functional requirements. Key initiatives include enhancing R&D’s data throughput and analysis capabilities, implementation of a new manufacturing execution system (MES), and development of control software for process development and pilot lab bioreactors.
