In my role, I led the enhancement of our company\'s applications by updating the design system and resolving technical issues. This involved integrating new features and optimizing user flows to improve the overall user experience.Collaborating closely with the development team, I aligned design objectives and provided support to ensure consistency and quality in the final product. I developed a comprehensive design system accompanied by detailed documentation for internal use, standardizing design processes.Through UX research, I identified usage patterns related to large volumes of content, which informed the design of intuitive back-office interfaces. I conducted accessibility analyses, identifying and addressing issues to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards.Additionally, I structured guidelines for migrating to these standards and compiled reports on application errors in production related to WCAG compliance, proposing solutions to enhance accessibility.
