ABOUT INGA VAN BELLE
I\'ve worked in product and project management for most of my career — across start-ups, large organisations and agencies, in international, mostly English-speaking environments. I\'m good at making complex things clearer and helping teams move forward without losing people along the way. In early 2026 I completed a full-time systemic coaching training, which felt like a natural extension of what I\'d always found most meaningful in my work: the human side of getting things done. I\'m now exploring what it looks like to bring both together. The structural, analytical thinking that comes from years in product, and the curiosity and depth that systemic coaching has given me. I don\'t think they\'re as separate as they might look on paper.
