   In 2022, I was promoted to Head of Schools, setting strategic vision for multiple schools within a district comprised of 8 elementary, middle, and high schools serving more than students. I serve as a member of the regional leadership team, making decisions for the district while optimizing the satisfaction and performance of 200+ team members.As part of this effort, I design and manage professional development activities for leaders in the district, including hosting monthly workshops focused on building stakeholder engagement while cultivating a culture of belonging. I regularly coach leaders in strategic planning and management in order to ensure a successful school year, including identifying and correcting performance gaps during the year to maximize academic outcomes.Additionally, I define and implement strategies to enhance performance across the district, including overseeing turnaround efforts for key KPIs such as stakeholder engagement, teacher satisfaction, and staff retention. I also lead projects/initiatives focused on improving academic outcomes among students of varying skills/ages.
