End-to-End Stock Distribution: Manage upstream distribution (Source to HUB) and downstream supply (HUB to SPOKE, including distributors and retail stores) ensuring strict compliance with Buffer Penetration Reports (BPR) and OTRS rules. • Production Planning & Optimization: Ensure stable factory production outputs using OTRS Weekly Freeze Planning. • Dynamic Buffer Management (DBM): Optimize DBM systems to automate ideal stock level (NORM) adjustments in response to demand fluctuations. • Data Accuracy: Conduct regular clean-ups of phased-out or inactive SKUs (not produced in 60 days) to maintain BPR data integrity. • Risk Mitigation & Inventory Control: Execute critical interventions for severe stockouts (BLACK status over 7 days) and implement flush-out/interswitch strategies for excess inventory (BLUE status over 30 days) to prevent dead stock. • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Supply Chain Division to analyze distribution bottlenecks and drive process enhancements. • TOC Strategy Implementation: Apply Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodologies to consistently achieve and maintain a minimum product availability target of 95%.
