Organizational and Program Strategy· Collaborate with C-level members and other senior leadership colleagues as the Education Strategic lead in developing and rollout out multi-year strategic plans, integrating input and direction from internal and external stakeholders· Co-design, synthesize and document strategies planning methodology and scaling analysis framework; lead consultations with external stakeholders to develop, improve, or refine strategies; selected to present at Cannexus 23 on behalf of NPower Canada · Consult with community partners, particularly from priority communities including women, BIPOC, PwD, LGBTQ2S+ and newcomers, to ensure program design and content is inclusive and accessible for equitable learning and employment outcomesProgram Design and Implementation· Oversee the development of Industry-informed technical and employability skills training programs; responsible for the launch of 15+ programs through effective implementation of the ADDIE model and change management principles· Develop and present extensive business cases to propose new, or make changes to, existing approach, operations, software or applications; resulted in successful adoption of a new Learning Management System· Responsible for developing, prototyping and piloting new programs and curriculum stream alongside internal and external stakeholdersDepartmental Leadership· Departmental lead of a team of 44 members and Education representative in establishing, implementing, and communicating multi-year strategic plans · Establish and implement training for new tools, programs, or processes required to deliver new and existing programs at highest possible standard· Collaborate with Executive team members to develop and execute change management plans for successful adaptation· Responsible for development and maintenance of annual Education budget; purchasing all software, licenses, vouchers, and training costs of 3,215 participants serviced yearly
