ABOUT IVANA KARAPANDZIC

I was brought up as an independent, passionate, curious and innovative thinker with roots in a country in Europe which no longer exists, and a childhood enveloped by the wild nature of Hawai’i and California. Through my various professional positions (and life adventures), I’ve grown into an accessible, transparent, and supportive team leader with a talent for building and fostering relationships, developing strategies focused on diverse clientele and employee brand loyalty, and implementing innovative ideas to expand brand awareness, optimize sales growth, and create inspiring, safe, and inclusive work environments for employees and clients. My vision is to utilize my skills in an environment that nurtures both people and nature, in order to create a positive impact. My passion lies in connecting people, problem solving, and pushing each project to meet its full potential with a focus on environmental impacts and sustainability.
