Corporate executive with a passion for biometrics services and facial recognition product development. For the past 20 years, Mr. Quinn has been providing biometrics subject matter expertise and product development support to the Department of Defense (DoD). Mr. Quinn spearheads the implementation of business development strategies to expand Secure Planet’s presence in current client spaces as well as briefs capabilities to broader markets. In 2020 and 2021, Secure Planet was recognized by Inc as one of the fastest growing companies in North America with a ranking of #381 in 2020 and #306 in 2021 across the U.S. and #11 in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Mr. Quinn oversees the design, development and delivery of advanced facial recognition products and biometric solutions to meet urgent operational requirements. He is recognized throughout the biometric community for providing superior program management and operational support involving innovative biometric solutions. These biometric solutions support defense, intelligence, and force protection clients at PM DoD Biometrics, PdM Biometric Collection Capability, PdM Biometric Enabling Capability, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Department of the Army Criminal Investigations Division, Biometrics Operation Directorate and the special forces community. Mr. Quinn holds Master’s Degrees from Penn State University (PSU) and the University of Cincinnati. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served in both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2004, Mr. Quinn was named the U.S. Air Force Security Forces Airman of the Year.
