Accountable for the financials of the A328 ECO Program. Drive the professional development of the controlling team, to ensure the financial objectives are met, and ensure the right mindset and values are spread across the organization. Implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) as the main KPI for the Program to ensure profitability, right allocation of resources and high-performance standards. Conducting variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities in the different functions supporting the Program through labor, OPEX, CAPEX, non-recurring costs, recurring costs and SG & A. Support the new set-up of production processes, with the implementation of cost accounting and manufacturing controlling for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Leipzig. Actively support C-levels building-up financial and business strategy for Investors. Actively support the FP & A team, building a strong 5 years business plan, including latest assumptions from the Program (production rate, unit costs, entry into service). Contribute to the work out of cost accounting structures jointly with Accounting & IT to ensure a right allocation and follow-up of the company cost base. Drive efficiency in the procurement activities (cost management of recurring and non-recurring costs and inventory valuation), conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to support mid and long-term profitability (NPV, ROI modelling). Contribute to the professionalization, standardization, and digitalization of Controlling using SAP S/4HANA as base for development/enhancement. Implementing KPIs and financial dashboards to support executive decision-making and best use of resources.
