Hi, I\'m Ivan, and I\'m a certified analyst ‍ I have completed Tableau\'s Certified Data Analyst course. I have completed MySQL Data Analysis Certificate course. I have experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau, Excel, and VBA. The feeling of moving in the right direction in life is an exciting one. My existing experience as a Mortgage Reporting & Analytics intern at Westgate Resorts has fostered a growing desire to better understand how analytics can provide value, where my role fits in all of this, and the importance of asking WHY. During my time here, I have started to develop a better idea of what motivates me, as I assisted in cross-departmental demands, ranging from call centers, mortgage administration, loyalty rewards, and compliance. My role focused regularly on ad hoc requests, routine reporting processes, creation of metric-specific reports, and process improvements. I use SQL daily, writing up queries to identify the desired groups for our stakeholders then creating visually appealing dashboards for production. My time was spent gathering requirements, tying out discrepancies, and keeping updated on changing stakeholder needs. It was here that my attention to detail and curious nature drove my career development, and I learned to be more adaptable to growing needs and conflicting priorities. With the experience gained working in the real estate industry, I\'ve been quite intrigued in how much knowledge and insight comes with data organization, analysis, and visualization.
