Think creatively on my feet, direct hair and makeup, understand what silhouettes and accessorizing is appropriate, and suggest editorial concepts appropriate to the brand across multiple categories (junior, curve, men’s, men’s plus, accessories, footwear, etc.).Responsible for hitting daily KPI goals of ~70 samples daily, while maintaining trend and on brand styling across multiple categories.On set styling of a wide variety of products (juniors, men’s, curve, men’s plus, accessories, footwear), ensuring that priority items are shot first.Monitor photoshoots for any discrepancies and ensure each look is fully captured to the highest garment aesthetic.Consistently utilize a comprehensive understanding of styling fundamentals and merchandise standards, including a detail-oriented eye and ability to execute exceptional on-model styling (steaming, garment prep, etc.).Continuously implement merchandise standards across all styling initiatives from prep through sample hand offTroubleshoot styling challenges on-set based on Fashion Nova standards/aestheticMaintain a consistent dialogue with the Photographer, Styling Manager and Sample Coordinators about workflow and expectationsReview Stylist Closet daily and request change-over/additions when necessaryMaintain cleanliness and organization of studio space.Work cross functionally with buying/merchandising teamPresent fresh styling ideas and inspiration to the team.Any other duties assigned by management
