With a Master\'s Degree in Computer Science and a Micro-Master\'s in Business Leadership, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen honed over a decade in the industry. My journey began in 2006, and since then, I\'ve thrived in various capacities, from leading frontend and backend development teams to serving as an executive manager, project manager, tech lead, product owner, and technology advisor. My proficiency spans across numerous programming languages (I\'ve stopped counting at 13), alongside extensive experience in sysadmin tasks, DevOps, and more.One of my proudest achievements is co-founding and running a free coding school in my hometown of Mostar, BA, where I also volunteered as a lecturer. This initiative allowed me to give back to the community and shape the next generation of developers.Throughout my career, I\'ve interviewed hundreds of engineers, honing my ability to identify, nurture, and motivate top talent.
