Lead customer and development with P1 Project (New development) or P0 serial product modification.• Follow Up and prepare logistic project phases during and 6 months after SOP.• Management ramp up / down inventory level for FG, RM and WIP.• Customer service delivery and expediting OE (Ford, GM, Nissan) and OEM.• Analyzed and negotiate with customers forecast demand in regards new projects Ramp Up/Down Ford /GM/ Nissan• MPS for new demand in a weekly basis.(shifts needed, over time)• Define and qualify FG and WIP packaging development (Carboard Boxes OEM and Dunnage for OE´s)​• Coordinate BOM set up into the SAP system (Scheduled agreement, PO´s, Labels FG and RM, EDI)• Follow Up and reach project milestones (Prototypes, FDPR, PQA, Ram Up)• Initiate, define and lead FMEA and information system.• Support on continuous improvement supply chain process.
