ABOUT IVAN GLAZE

Whether leading a product build, taking on a challenging release, or coordinating a multidisciplinary effort to solve a key issue, my goals are the same: deliver exceptional quality and help others succeed.I am currently serving as Senior Producer at Age of Learning, the education technology innovator best known for its flagship product, ABCmouse.com. In this role, I’ve managed some of the biggest releases in the company’s history, including its Second Grade product, a major update release in China, and the launch of the Japanese site—all of which were expansive in scope (variously involving 150+ contributors across several departments, a major refactoring of the site, compressed timelines, and localization of the entire product), but still completed on time.Also reflective of my work ethic and drive for quality is my experience on the release of the PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale game for Sony Santa Monica. When SuperBot found itself in want of an Executive Producer nine months before the game’s release, I stepped up to take over, providing leadership and coordinating with internal and external teams to meet all development milestones.Having amassed more than a decade of experience in software and game development, I feel I’m only partly through my journey; in my mind, there’s lots left to do. As I look to the future, I hope to continue building educational and entertaining games/software while also stepping into greater responsibility, fostering the team’s development into more creative storytellers equipped to provide world-class services and products.Key strengths: product development, project planning and execution, continuous improvement, problem solving, QA testing
