In my current role as CRA Line Manager and Monitoring Resources Study Lead at Translational Research in Oncology, I excel in overseeing and supervising CRAs, onboarding new team members, and ensuring project goals are met. I ensured compliance with regulatory guidelines, conducted site visits, and maintained collaborative relationships with investigational sites.Throughout my career, I have worked on a diverse range of therapeutic areas, including cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, hematology and oncology, musculoskeletal and rheumatology, and rare diseases. I have contributed to numerous clinical trials, including phase and phase IV studies, both as a CRA and as a Study Lead. My experience extends to international multicenter trials, observational studies, and patient registries.In addition to my clinical research expertise, I have participated in audit activities, including internal audits and sponsor audits, showcasing my commitment to quality assurance and compliance.Proficient in both English and Russian, I effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
