About Ivan Erill
Originally trained as a computer scientist, I am currently a full professor in bioinformatics at UBMC. My research focuses on the regulation of gene expression in bacteria, using comparative genomics and metagenomics tools, and its application to unraveling the mechanisms that bacteria use to survive stress and coordinate virulence and antibiotic resistance.
