As Head of Regional Management for the Business Unit North, I lead the strategic and commercial development of Karos Mobility Group across Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Together with a strong & diversified team of Regional Managers, we drive market growth, revenue performance, and partnership expansion with companies, public transport authorities, and mobility providers.My role encompasses the definition and execution of regional strategies, the achievement of commercial targets, and the long-term positioning of Karos Mobility as a key enabler of sustainable commuting across Europe. By aligning operational excellence with strategic vision, I contribute to scaling our impact with a network of 450+ corporate partners, 100+ public transport authorities and over one million users improving daily mobility through shared, low-carbon transport solutions.
