I believe in taking personal responsibility and pride in your work. I began sweeping floors at my dad\'s machine shop at the age of 10. When the broom was mastered, I was allowed to graduate to a screwdriver, then to a file, until finally allowed to work on sensitive, precision parts for the demanding pharmaceutical industry. This process of earning advancement through mastery and discipline has given me a vision of personal accountability and hard work. As my own worst critic, my passion lies in finding the moments when I can proudly claim work as my own.
