I’m passionate about solving tough customer or internal problems and turning complexity into clarity —whether that’s leading global software rollouts, scaling production by 1200%, coaching engineers on a next-gen flight simulator or bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver results that really matter.Over the years, I’ve led everything from engineering and manufacturing operations to product implementation and strategy — guiding teams of 15 to 100+ across technical projects and multiple industries. What drives me isn’t just hitting the next milestone (though I love that too) — it’s building the kind of collaborative, high-trust environment where people do their best work.
