ABOUT IVAN BEBEK

With over 25 years of experience in the private and public mining and exploration sector, I am a mining entrepreneur with a passion for the discovery of world-class mines. I have a strong ability to finance, monetize, and advance exploration assets into the development stage, as well as a proven track record of creating significant value for shareholders and stakeholders. My past companies include Keegan Resources, Cayden Resources, Auryn Resources. Currently, I am the Chair, President and CEO of Coppernico Metals, an exploration company focused on a rare large scale, high-grade copper-gold exploration opportunity in South America. I am also the Co-founding Chair and Director of Tier One Silver, a silver focused exploration company which is exploring an opportunity for high grade silver discoveries and new copper discoveries in Southern Peru.I sit on three Advisory Boards of companies I co-founded, most recently appointed as a strategic Advisor to Eminent Gold, a Nevada focused gold exploration company, Fury Gold Mines, a Canadian gold exploration company, and Torq Resources, a Chilean copper focused exploration and development company.My mission is to create value for stakeholders and shareholders through major mining exploration discoveries associated with the perpetual demand of metals being driven by global modernization and climate change initiatives being implemented worldwide.
