Participate in Health, Safety and Wellness programs designed to ensure our “Everyone Home Safe” initiatives are achieved.Liaise with Vendors to ensure Wajax Reman Parts and Core strategy is aligned with Vendor strategy.Support and provide guidance to Operations and Supply Chain in the execution of all Reman Parts, Exchange Parts, and Core related processes.Works with Finance to ensure end to end alignment with Reman Parts and core entries and reconciliation in the ERP.Oversee and ensure compliance with the Canadian Governmental agencies for engine importation.Prepares and distributes end user updates and communications. Works both independently and in a team setting; provide end-user solutions with the best possible speed, quality, and accuracy.Creates and maintains knowledgebase documents and training material (various media types) within the Supply Chain network for both Supply Chain and end-user reference.Creating and implementing audience-specific, detailed, agenda-driven training sessions as needed for supply chain colleagues, and additional stakeholders.Interact with Master Data to ensure item set up and data integrity in ERPs.Work within Supply Chain to ensure provision is applied as per the obsolescence policyPrepare other reports, technical, finance, etc. as necessary.
