Our research and teaching focuses on various areas of construction materials with emphasis on concrete and innovative high-performance composites. We work on fundamental and practical topics relating to material behavior under various loads and exposures. We also focus on the conservation of resources and environmental compatibility. Against this backdrop, we are constantly developing and testing new compositions and are working on their reusability and recyclability. Finally, we are also working on incorporating and further developing of modern technological possibilities in the context of digitalization and automation.
