ABOUT ALEX FOSTER

Collaborative: I am recognized by others for seamlessly communicating with people from all different backgrounds. My engaging personality plays a large role in my success and creating opportunities. For example, I was nominated out of my whole class the Jeffery Still Leadership Award during my high school graduation for my bravery to lead and collaborate with others. Initiative: I am someone who thinks on their feet and takes action without waiting for someone to tell me what to do. When showing initiative in the workplace, I tidy up, stack the books, and clean dirty workstations to make sure the room is as clean as it was at the beginning of my shift. In addition, I demonstrate to my employer that I\'m curious and creative and have the drive to improve myself and the way I work. Loyal: When it comes to my relationships, I like to be honest and straightforward. I strive for others to be happy and successful, so it is important to me that I can help them achieve such that. Loyalty should not be hard or take effort, but instead it should come seamlessly without any hesitation. For example, I was nominated to be the team captain of my golf team for not being the best player, but for earning each of my teammate’s loyalty, trust, and respect.
