With over 14 years of work experience in various roles and industries, I am a passionate and skilled leader in the fields of strategy, talent, and human resources. I currently work as the Director of Strategy & Talent at Stealth Startup, a certified diversity business that aims to establish the most scalable service delivery model in the industry. I share the company\'s vision of surpassing all others by leveraging robust processes, emphasizing quality fundamentals, and consistently exceeding performance goals for every client. I also value the company\'s culture of nurturing trust and placing relationships at the core of our business ecosystem. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong commitment to excellence and innovation. As the Director of Strategy & Talent, I oversee the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of all talent-related initiatives, including sourcing, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining top talent for our company. I work closely with our senior leadership, engineering, and product teams to understand their needs and align them with our talent strategy. I also manage a team of recruiters and HR professionals who are responsible for delivering high-quality and timely services to our internal and external stakeholders.
