The UX and Design Lead for Citi’s first ever AI tool. Gathering interest from the CEO alongside other global senior staff and being rolled out firm-wide. Involved setting UX & D standards for AI in Citi and providing guidance and leadership among a diverse and senior project team - Responsible for setting the UX and Design standards for the use of Tableau and data visualisation across Citi - Responsible for leading various projects from both a strategic and practical perspective, setting direction and vision for products across Citi - Have lead, and worked on, creating strategic products for use across Global Functions Technology (GFT). These projects focused on creating new streamlined approaches to commonly repeated functions in different business areas such as managing workflows and custom report creation (positively impacting more than global users)- Whilst working on projects, lent on UX research to inform decisions and direction - Have presented to the Citi UX community and to leaders across the organisation. These have included understanding the UX process, working in an agile way and playback of projects worked on, highlighting the role of UX - Worked closely with more junior UX designers, providing support and guidance - Worked alongside an external content agency to bring added value to a project - Have worked with and formed relationships with senior internal stakeholders to be an advocate for UX across the organisation - A valuable member of the agile Central Team (CT), responsible for setting UX standards, up-skilling other designers, and working on strategic projects across all of GFT - Both worked with and contributed to the Citi design system, enforcing the principles and guidelines when working on new products or alongside less mature UX teams across the business - Experience working across multiple timezones with global employees
