   Assist the Events and Entertainment department in the execution of all game day entertainment (including but not limited to National Anthem performers, flyovers, color guards, pre-game and halftime shows, North Endzone Deck stage performances, sponsor contests, and other on-field presentations and promotions)• Talent Management - act as a liaison to the National Anthem singer, asl (american sign language) signer, color guard, flyover grounds crew (planes), influencers and honorees, and/or halftime entertainment to ensure they are on time for their rehearsals/performances, can navigate the stadium and back of house spaces, have the appropriate hospitality elements in order to enjoy their experience at EverBank Stadium• Field Flag Assistant - teach the participants the timing and reverential manner to unfurl the American field flags in a pre-game rehearsal to be performed on field prior to the National Anthem• Military Assistance - assist in the arrival and execution of all Military Recognitions and Honorees on game day (including but not limited to the Veteran of the Game, Bell Ringer, Flyovers, etc.)• Entertainment Groups - work alongside the Jaguars Cheerleaders (The ROAR), Jaxson de Ville mascot program, and The D-Line (drumline) to help streamline and form unified, cohesive live-entertainment groups• Various operational tasks such as prop movement for team introductions, premium item distribution, group sales events/private hospitality assistance and other duties as assigned by the Jaguars Events & Entertainment and Bold Events teams
