It would actually fit the picture pretty damn well but I have to disappoint you. The term comes from a time when social media was still so much in its infancy that its relevance would not have been enough to be the namesake here. Rather, it\'s about being an IT professional with heart and soul for 20 years, without forgetting the people behind it. The typical IT person likes to say:\"IT is totally great and would be even more great if it weren\'t for the users.\" I have always disagreed with this statement and thus caught the nickname IT socializer. Since then, I\'ve worn it very gladly and with a smile. 20 years in IT does not necessarily make you more competent in creating up-to-date solutions, but it does put you in a position not to repeat mistakes from the past. IT requires you to constantly reinvent yourself and to keep your requirements in line with what is technically feasible. Digitization is not a new topic, but we now have the technology and the resources to make it available to everyone. Automating the service process is the first step, and it really isn\'t that difficult anymore.
