I support the planning and delivery of CDMO Live Europe and CDMO Live America events and PharmaSource digital platform for Life Science, focusing on programme structure, curated partnering, and senior-level engagement across the biopharma outsourcing ecosystem.Key Contributions1- Support the delivery of CDMO Live Europe, including sponsor alignment, floor planning, and structured networking2- Contributed to the launch of CDMO Live America 2026, establishing a new senior-level outsourcing forum for the North American biopharma ecosystem3- Lead the PartnerMatch programme, facilitating 1,200+ curated 1:1 meetings between CDMOs and biopharma outsourcing leaders4- Contribute to the launch and execution of External Manufacturing Leaders Forums, closed-door, C-level discussions held in Basel, London, and Boston5- Work across content, digital, and live platforms to ensure consistency between thought leadership, events, and audience experience6- Coordinate closely with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and external development to maintain the right audience balance and discussion quality7- Support end-to-end event execution, from pre-event planning through on-site delivery and post-event follow-up
