Proactively identify problems and provide solutions to keep the identity and access management setup simple and efficient.• Partnering with stakeholders across various cross-functional teams – business, product-owners, architects, developers, site reliability engineers, security and infra engineers etc. This ensures that solutions are not only technically sound but also meet business needs and deliver value.• Working closely with SRE/DevOps/Security and development teams to identify issues in the current design, processes and operations, and provide solutions – interim and long-term.• Proactively explore the areas of cost-savings by identifying wastages due excessive provisioning, unused resources, duplicate processes, unfavorable vendor-contracts etc. Saved over $200K for the org in last 2 years.• Constantly review existing solutions and designs for gaps and inefficiencies and provide recommendations on making them better. This includes code review of services to identify areas of inefficiencies and provide alternative patterns or solutions.• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.• Explore the new/emerging technologies and solutions, developing PoC to understand their prospect and limitations. Proactively sharing the knowledge gained to peers and teams.
