   Our space is a blank canvas that will allow you to easily bring your creative vision to life. It\'s great for private events such as wedding receptions, baby showers, corporate functions, and more. It\'s an elegant industrial space in The Arts District. The location is easily accessible from the I-15 off the Charleston exit, just minutes from the Vegas Strip and Downtown Vegas. There are multiple restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance.Depending on your layout, there is seating for up to 100 or standing room for up to 150. Your rental comes with all the necessary amenities you could hope for at no extra cost.
