   Led product architecture and detailed mechanical design for Tasso T20 - a dried blood spot (DBS) collection device (Class I).Managed early-stage R&D programs with small teams to drive Tasso lancet performance improvements and cost reductions.Technical lead on all cold chain shipping product development programs from feasibility to commercial launch. Our thermal packaging solutions maintain temperature stability of a liquid blood sample during shipping from a patient\'s home to a laboratory, improving blood micro-sampling success rates during summer and winter months.Created models of seasonal shipping lane temperature profiles based on real-world dataset, enabling dynamic logic for thermal packaging deployment.
