Michelle Romero is currently the Chief Strategy Officer for Dream.Org, a national systems-change nonprofit creating a world beyond poverty, pollution, and prisons. Working at the intersection of climate, racial and economic justice, and social unity, she devises pathways to scale impact and springboard leaders.She is also Founder and CEO of We Create the Future, LLC, a strategic consulting and leadership coaching provider helping leaders who dare to transform the world.
