At ESSEC, we believe that the biggest obstacle to the successful implementation of data and AI technologies in businesses is not the lack of data scientists, but the lack of leaders trained in AI. As a management school, we believe we have an essential role to play, supporting the training of current and future managers to become ethically high-performing leaders. ESSEC Metalab builds new bridges between technology and business, while exploring the interactions between science and society, as well as the challenges linked to the governance and ethics of Artificial Intelligence and data technologies.

I pursued the Master\'s in Management (MiM) at ESSEC Business School. & followed the Innovation, Sustainability, & Entrepreneurship Track at ESSEC\'s Asia-Pacific Campus in Singapore. & the Leadership & Diversity Chair in the French Campus. After which, I graduated with a double degree in Global Management at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia.My interests lie in the intersection of philosophy, psychology, & the ethics of technological innovation, sustainable business, & entrepreneurship. I\'ve honed my interpersonal, communication, & leadership skills through various stints of studying, volunteering, and working abroad. From Ireland, Japan, to Spain, Singapore, France, and Australia to name a few. Furthermore, I\'ve worked on my creative, critical thinking, & editorial skills. I have great interest in written and spoken persuasion. In the past, I\'ve written & spoken about my passions: sustainability, entrepreneurship, and ethical issues in technology & business. During ESSEC, I worked in AI startups & consulting projects: Accor, Dignity for Children, & L\'Oréal as part of the Diversity & Leadership Chair, where I presented with my team & won a sponsored spot for One Young World 2023. And I\'ve tried my hand at entrepreneurship; oversaw a team of interns as prospective CEO & founder of an Edtech venture to address educational inequity, tentatively raised over €25k.In summary, I\'ve furthered my expertise in business & management through ESSEC & UQ. Now, I\'m focused on leveraging these experiences for impact in the entrepreneurship space via work, editorial, scouting startups, community building, & angel investing.
