About Meet Sharma

I\'m a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in delivering client-centric solutions across IT and E-commerce projects. In my journey so far, I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather and document detailed requirements, and ensure smooth project execution using both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. I’ve been involved in creating BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, and wireframes, while using tools like JIRA, Excel, Balsamiq, Draw.io, and Visio to visualize and streamline processes. I enjoy making complex workflows easier to understand through flowcharts, DFDs, UML diagrams, and process models. What I find most fulfilling is collaborating with stakeholders, asking the right questions, and aligning business goals with technical execution to create real impact. While I\'m still early in my career, I’m driven by curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and the desire to continuously improve how we work and deliver value.
