We create brave new ways of working, leading, and living.Current Role:As Director of Wellbeing at Finn’s Place, I’m leading a community-rooted wellbeing space, developing ethical, inclusive systems that support real healing, health and happiness through connection & belonging.Inside and outside of Finn’s Place, I help people and organisations: Look at how they’re working — not just what they’re doing Align internal systems (processes, policies, roles, communication) with their values Create structures that support wellbeing, equity, and long-term effectiveness‍🩹 Move away from burnout, overgiving, and old-school hierarchies🤩 Build a culture that feels as good as their mission sounds🥰 Integrate Radical Happiness tools to create sustainable, soul-deep successLet’s chat - all good things come through connection and good honest conversation.
