Promptly respond to customer RFI/RFP on the need basisDefining the targets and making sure the teams work towards to fulfil them on a real-time basis. Involved in the preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly evaluation reports of all teams and also for each and every member.Training the team whenever need arises
