About Mayank Kulkarni
Hey peeps! I\'m a final year student at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, where I am pursuing my BTech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. My technical journey kicked off with a technical diploma in Computer Engineering at Government Polytechnic, Pune, which laid the foundation to my overall technical expertise. Over the past few years, I\'ve explored diverse technologies and domains like web and app development, AI/ML, Data Structures, and gained efficiency in various programming languages like C, C++, Java and Python. My motive is clear - to provide innovative, and impactful real-world solutions. This inspired me to contribute to communities like Computer Society of India (CSI), VIT Pune, where I served as the Web Development Secretary and organized several flagship events and hackathons. I\'ve participated in numerous national and global hackathons, achieving many recognitions. But the one that stands out would be my team clinching 3rd place globally in the TE AI Cup 2025, a proof of our innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. Beyond tech domain, I\'ve always cared about the well-being of children. For which, I volunteered for Make A Difference (MAD) for 1 year, where I was an Academic Support Volunteer (ASV), providing education to the kids in the shelter home. Moreover, I love exploring different cultures, art forms, dialects and languages. I have attained the A2 level certificate in German from Goethe Institut, Pune. Currently, I\'m looking forward to dive deeper in AI tech and seek opportunities in it. I value open-mindedness, continuous learning, and giving back to the community.
