   As the Executive Director of Raps & Apps, I am dedicated to empowering underrepresented artists and creatives by providing the education, resources, and community support they need to turn their passions into sustainable careers. Our non-profit serves as a creative business incubator, bridging the gap between artistic creation and commercialization through two primary tracks: Raps (music, visual arts, and creative production) and Apps (technology-focused education in marketing, distribution, and brand development).In this role, I work closely with a passionate team of innovators and local leaders to build pathways to success for artists across disciplines—from musicians and designers to filmmakers and digital creators. Through scholarships, mentorship, and business development support, Raps & Apps helps creatives achieve financial independence while making a lasting cultural impact.My mission is to destigmatize the concept of the \"starving artist\", ensuring that creatives have the tools and knowledge to succeed not only in their craft but also in building thriving, profitable careers. By collaborating with local organizations, industry professionals, and community advocates, I am committed to elevating the creative economy and establishing Corpus Christi as a hub for artistic talent that can thrive on a national and global scale.
