   My goal is to educate as many people as possible on the vital importance of choosing healthier food to support their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.Improving nutrition and living a healthier lifestyle changes lives. I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge through personal research and from the Dr Sears Health Coach program, Loomis Enzyme Institute and The Training Junction. Throughout my studies, I am continually surprised at how uncomplicated good health and disease prevention can be. Our society is inundated with bewildering information meant to make it look complicated so that we will buy the next magazine & book or watch the next news story that promises to give us the answers we seek. The food labeling system that allows for unhealthy food to look healthy is confusing and the ingredients that are often found in our foods are counterintuitive to our health. Prevention costs less and is much less painful than disease. I have been flooding my body with vine-ripened plant powders in a capsule, everyday since 2010. It\'s helped me create healthier cells, tissue, organs and body. My issues with depression are gone and I have more energy than before. I\'ve lost a layer of inflammation and fat. I enjoy healthier glowing skin, my immune system has never been more balanced. I hardly get sick and have way fewer symptoms when I do. I\'ve said goodbye to seasonal allergies and sinus infections and I wake every morning with a passion and purpose.
