To plan, lead and deliver session plans on field, support with players personal injury recovery, gym sessions, mindset and nutrition as they require• To schedule friendly, league and cup matches, organising referees and payment, travel, kit, equipment, team sheet, tactics and FA paperwork• To liaise with the FA League and ensure correct registration of players and coaches• To ensure that not only my coaching qualifications are up to date and standard but my assistant coach too• Work alongside the club development officer to conduct research and match analysis to create tactics, techniques, formations and strategies• Liaise with our club finance team to ensure all fees are up to date• Organising and scheduling trials and shortlisting potential players.• Determining individual player abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, and factoring these into thegameplay and strategy sessions.
