We embrace the vision and principles of EFDC in delivery of our core activities, which include development, commercial property management and property maintenance. Supporting EFDC\'s regeneration objectives, Qualis has already achieved planning permission in Epping town center for a new leisure center and a new multi-storey car park, and is already on site with its first housing development, with over 300 quality new homes in the pipeline.
