Transformational Instructional Coach dedicated to lifelong learning, equitable futures, culturally responsive & sustainable curriculum design. As a coach, I lead with empathy, evidence, and listening. My goal is to co-create trust-filled spaces where educators feel supported in shifting from ‘What must I teach?’ to ‘What do my students need to learn—and how can we do it together?’ That’s where meaningful, sustainable change begins.As a Genesis Member of Ed3DAO, I\'m collaboratively engaged in shaping the Web 3 future of education and in cultivating responsive and sustainable decentralized systems where each learner has the potential to thrive in a global society. I recognize that decentralizing power in education can feel unfamiliar or risky in systems built on control and compliance. But transformation doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from doing differently. I harness technology, game-based learning, and support esports ecosystems to amplify equity and inclusivity. I integrate cutting-edge pedagogy with technology to enhance and amplify, not recreate educational solutions for each learner.
