ABOUT DEBORAH TUTNAUER

I’m Deborah Tutnauer, a 40 year career professional in the diverse realm of human services, with sales and marketing thrown in for good measure and fun!\"Complexity Consultant\" is the phrase to describe how I step into challenging, complex situations - ones where many balls are in the air at the same time along with intense emotions - and I help land the balls and calm some of the distress.I bring to the table professional and personal experience in the worlds of mental health, life transitions, medical challenges, dysfunctional communication, education, case management, social work, policy and advocacy. For over 10 years I also worked in marketing and sales. I have a unique ability to understand and dissect a situation in order to develop a forward moving plan that encompasses all the layers often encountered when dealing with systems and transition.Imagine the hub of a wheel where the \"hub\" takes in, processes, clarifies and disseminates information to all the spokes. The spokes can be family members, medical professionals, finances resource professionals, governmental agencies, support personnel, etc. Often (usually) in highly complicated situations the information, experiences, suggestions, decisions of all the spokes gets tangled and confusing.
