I currently work as an Account Executive at PureMed Group, a US-based healthcare services company, where I manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations for multiple clinics.I independently handle AR for three US healthcare clients (Jessica & Bakers, GCS, and NewLine Behavioral Solutions), managing high-volume invoicing and payment tracking. On average, I handle in Day to Day invoice releases and track in regular collections across clients.My role involves invoice generation, uploading, and reconciliation using QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Excel. I maintain structured Excel trackers with automated formulas to monitor invoice status, payments received, underpayments, overpayments, and adjustments. I work on both cash-basis and accrual-basis accounting, ensuring accurate revenue recognition.Key achievement: I cleared a 7-month pending AR backlog for one client by systematically reconciling invoices and payments. I also guided peers in analyzing insurer-wise reimbursement patterns, which helped eliminate untracked or mismatched income issues.I regularly coordinate with billing teams, management, and insurers to ensure clean AR, accurate reporting, and smooth monthly closures.
